Getting used to the Sony - in Arkesden and Thaxted

In August the weather was good and harvesting had begun. Here are some pictures of the fields round my house taken with the new Sony, still without a dedicated lens but using my Nikon lenses and an adaptor. I have photographed this scene a number of times before but the light is always different.

I also took the camera to Thaxted where by way of a contrast I produced these monochrome pictures. The dynamic range of the Sony A7R11 is well able to cope with difficult lighting conditions.
