Scotland autumn 2016. a morning on Scalpay

The last morning I spent with Alan on Harris we used to visit Scalpay, a little island just off the coast near to Tarbert. You can get to it via a rather elegant bridge.
The island seemed to us a bit over inhabited  compared to the rest of Harris, but the harbour was interesting and there were some lovely views out to sea.
